What type of care is necessary for CargoMaster devices?
The CargoMaster stair climbers are nearly maintenance-free. However, the batteries should be connected to a charger if the device is not in use, to assure the maximum life-span of our machines.
Can stairs be damaged by a CargoMaster?
If the device is technically in order, the load is secured with the included lashing strap, and the operator has been trained in handling the CargoMaster, in such case we can exclude any dmage to the stairs, since no metal part comes into contact with the stairs.
Who is allowed to use the CargoMaster?
Due to reasons of liability the CargoMaster can only be used by persons who have reached 18 years of age with the exception of adolescents over the age of 16 who can prove that they have been instructed in the application of a particular device.
How long is the warranty of AAT devices?
AAT grants a warranty of one year for the CargoMaster stair climbers. For the batteries the warranty is 6 months.

Are the AAT devices for rent?
This question cannot be answered in a general way, since handling our devices generally calls for thorough practise.
My CargoMaster is being repaired at AAT, is there a substitute I can borrow?
Yes, the substitute is free of charge, if your CargoMaster is still under warranty, otherwise we only charge you for shipping.
Where can I witness a CargoMaster being used?
